	Rizika v procesu internacionalizace MSP podnikajících v oblasti ICT Starnovský, Jakub This diploma thesis deals with the internationalization process of Czech small and medium-sized enterprises in ICT and identifies risk factors of this process. In the literature review is described internationalization and associated phenomena, like globalization and liberalization. Second part is given to basic approaches to internationalization. This part also includes a definition, importance, advantages and disadvantages of small and medium-sized enterprises and their situation in Czech Republic. At the end of this part, there is described risk, risk management and risks in internationalization process. The main aim of practical part of this diploma thesis is to identify the key risk factors of internationalization process of small and medium-sized enterprises in ICT. Risk perception is compared between companies in the border areas and companies other than border areas. The results of this work are also compared with the results of research by the OECD. Practical part of this thesis also contains description of small and medium-sized enterprises in Czech Republic and characteristic of ICT sector with the emphasis on foreign trade of this sector.
